Unity Electronics will only replace
a unit or refund an order if a flat panel display or
LCD has four or more dead pixels (or hot pixels). Due to the nature
of the LCD technology, flat panel displays can have components fail
within the display that cause dead pixels. Although some users may consider
this a defect, most manufacturers will not replace
the LCD or flat panel unless it has multiple dead pixels, generally
four or more that are at least one-inch away from each other.
