The CyberPower 1010HT Home Theater Surge Suppressor is a high performance audio/video (A/V) surge protector offering 4200 Joules of protection and 10 transformer-friendly outlets with full metal oxide varistor (MOV) protection. The 1010HT also features CyberPower's exclusive Signal Scrubber™ line conditioning technology, which independently filters A/V signals and delivers the truest media experience for high-end A/V enthusiasts.

The RJ11 ports protect phone/fax/modem/DSL equipment and the RJ45 ports protect network connected equipment, such as: computers, hubs, and routers. Three (3) RG-6 gold-plated coax ports guard cable modems, cable TV lines, and DSS equipment.

All 10 outlets are widely-spaced to allow for the connection of bulky DC transformers that are found on many popular electronic devices. Electro-magnetic and radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI) filtering blocks disruptive electro-magnetic and radio interferences from entering your equipment. The metal oxide varistor MOV technology ensures the protection of all connected electronics and the surge suppressor itself.

• Signal Scrubber - Audio and video signals are isolated, and then independently filtered to guard against component cross-contamination and to improve signal quality. The result is pure sound with expansive dynamic range, precise picture quality, and enhanced color depth.
• Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) - MOV technology allows normal current to pass through the device, while diverting any surge/spikes through the ground circuit. This safely protects all connected electronics as well as the surge suppressor itself.
• Transformer-spaced Outlets - Widely-spaced outlets allow you to conveniently add large transformer-based plugs without compromising the utility of other outlets.
• EMI/RFI Shielding - Provides shielding against electro-magnetic interference and radio frequency signals. Most commonly, this is used to prevent line noise (humming) that occurs over telephone lines and stereo electronics.

Typographical and Listing Errors
At Unity Electronics, we strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, Unity Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.

Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider listed above for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Unity Electronics will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, please email our Customer Service Team or call 510-475-0400.

Return Policy
You have up to 15 days after the shipping date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship all late items back to you. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number issued by a Unity Electronics employee. You can obtain an RMA number by calling 510-475-0400 x203 or email our Customer Service Team.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.

Inbound Freight for RMA Returns
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products, in all cases.

Restocking Fee
Unity Electronics reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items that are returned. This policy is usually enforced on non-defective returned items. However, all accepted returns are subject to this charge.

Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Unity Electronics to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping, package refusal fee, and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

When will my order ship?
Our processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day*. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not guaranteed for Saturday or Sunday delivery regardless of shipping method. We do not process or ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

*Orders may be delayed due to incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

Shipping Charge
Unity Electronics refuses to increase your shipping & handling charges. We only charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS as quoted by UPS.

APO/FPO Orders
Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority. Additional shipping fees may apply (a minimum of $10 depending on order size).

P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

International Shipping
We only ship to Canada and Puerto Rico. Customs fees or broker fees may apply (not included in the shipping costs).
