The SMC6752AL2 is a high bandwidth 48-port standalone 10/100BASE-TX switch with 4 Gigabit ports, 2x 1000BASE-T and 2x Gigabit combo (RJ-45/SFP). Featuring a small 1 RU high footprint, the SMC6752AL2 delivers an aggregated bandwidth of up to 17.6 Gbps along with leading-edge features such as RADIUS and TACACS+ authentication, link aggregation, VLANs, GVRP, and priority queuing. SSH and SSL are standard security features designed to ensure a network’s data integrity and can instantly enhance your department's performance without forcing you to go through complex re-configuration. Supporting four levels of priority, with weighted fair queuing and L2/3/4 IP precedence, the SMC6752AL2 ensures smooth transmission of mission critical data. The switch integrates seamlessly with your existing network equipment, be it Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, or Gigabit Ethernet, eliminating the need to replace any hardware or software. Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider listed above for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Unity Electronics will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, please email our Customer Service Team or call 510-475-0400.

Return Policy
You have up to 15 days after the shipping date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship all late items back to you. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number issued by a Unity Electronics employee. You can obtain an RMA number by calling 510-475-0400 x203 or email our Customer Service Team.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.

Inbound Freight for RMA Returns
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products, in all cases.

Restocking Fee
Unity Electronics reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items that are returned. This policy is usually enforced on non-defective returned items. However, all accepted returns are subject to this charge.

Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Unity Electronics to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping, package refusal fee, and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

When will my order ship?
Our processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day*. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not guaranteed for Saturday or Sunday delivery regardless of shipping method. We do not process or ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

*Orders may be delayed due to incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

Shipping Charge
Unity Electronics refuses to increase your shipping & handling charges. We only charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS as quoted by UPS.

APO/FPO Orders
Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority. Additional shipping fees may apply (a minimum of $10 depending on order size).

P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, Import Fees, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
