Treo is your mobile phone
The Handspring Treo communicator is a dual-band world phone with all the features you’ve come to expect, such as speed dial, three-way calling and call history. Plus, it has extra features like full integration with the built-in PhoneBook so you can dial direct from your contact list, Instant Lookup to easily search for contacts by names or initials, a personal speakerphone and more.

Treo is a Palm OS organizer
With 16MB of memory and the fastest Palm OS processor, the rechargeable Treo communicator has it all—Date Book Plus, PhoneBook (an improved Address Book), To Do List, Memo Pad and more. Plus, you can choose from thousands of existing Palm OS applications and use HotSync® to backup, update, and transfer data between Treo and your desktop.

Treo is a wireless messaging device
Read and send email from virtually anywhere. Connect to your business and personal accounts with the included POP3 email application. If your message is short, you can send an SMS text message to other mobile phone users in your network or even to an email address.

Typographical and Listing Errors
At Unity Electronics, we strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, Unity Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.

Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider listed above for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Unity Electronics will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, please email our Customer Service Team or call 510-475-0400.

Return Policy
You have up to 15 days after the shipping date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship all late items back to you. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number issued by a Unity Electronics employee. You can obtain an RMA number by calling 510-475-0400 x203 or email our Customer Service Team.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.

Inbound Freight for RMA Returns
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products, in all cases.

Restocking Fee
Unity Electronics reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items that are returned. This policy is usually enforced on non-defective returned items. However, all accepted returns are subject to this charge.

Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Unity Electronics to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping, package refusal fee, and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

When will my order ship?
Our processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day*. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. We do not process or ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

*Orders may be delayed due to incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

Shipping Charge
Unity Electronics refuses to increase your shipping & handling charges. We only charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS as quoted by UPS.

APO/FPO Orders
Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority. Additional shipping fees may apply (a minimum of $10 depending on order size).

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.
