The Plextor ConvertX model PX-TV100U is the simplest and easiest way to watch, pause and record live TV on your PC. Just connect your cable, satellite or antenna to the PX-TV100U’s built-in TV tuner and you are ready to go. The PX-TV100U has a High Speed USB 2.0 connection to the PC so installation is a snap. With the PX-TV100U, you can record all your favorite TV shows and movies to your PC in the MPEG-1/VCD, MPEG-2/DVD or DivX video formats. The PX-TV100U can also capture video from a camcorder, VCR or DVD player through its composite and S-video connections.

The PX-TV100U comes bundled with the easy to use but powerful SageTV Lite personal video recording software. Use SageTV Lite to watch your favorite programs live, to pause them and take a break, or to set up to record your favorite shows when you are away. SageTV Lite has a free integrated electronic programming guide (EPG) so you will always know what is on and you can easily mark your favorite programs to record. The PX-TV100U also comes bundled with Ulead VideoStudio 8 SE DVD to edit your favorite videos and make interactive DVDs. VideoStudio allows you to work the way you are most comfortable with. For people wanting a nicely edited movie without putting in the work, VideoStudio has a Movie Wizard. Just select a video, select a style template and VideoStudio will automatically edit your video complete with titles, transitions and special effects. For users who want to create a masterpiece from scratch, the VideoStudio Editor has all the high end video editing features you could want including titles, transitions, special effects, automatic background music generation, picture-in-picture, video overlays as well as DivX and MPEG-2 smart rendering. For people wanting to record their video directly to a DVD disc, VideoStudio’s Direct to Disc feature will allow you to record directly from any camcorder, VCR, TV or DVD player directly to a recordable DVD disc in the VCD, SVCD, DVD or DivX formats.

Typographical and Listing Errors
At Unity Electronics, we strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, Unity Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.

Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider listed above for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Unity Electronics will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, please email our Customer Service Team or call 510-475-0400.

Return Policy
You have up to 15 days after the shipping date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship all late items back to you. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number issued by a Unity Electronics employee. You can obtain an RMA number by calling 510-475-0400 x203 or email our Customer Service Team.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.

Inbound Freight for RMA Returns
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products, in all cases.

Restocking Fee
Unity Electronics reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items that are returned. This policy is usually enforced on non-defective returned items. However, all accepted returns are subject to this charge.

Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Unity Electronics to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping, package refusal fee, and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

When will my order ship?
Our processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day*. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. We do not process or ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

*Orders may be delayed due to incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

Shipping Charge
Unity Electronics refuses to increase your shipping & handling charges. We only charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS as quoted by UPS.

APO/FPO Orders
Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority. Additional shipping fees may apply (a minimum of $10 depending on order size).
