Simple Operation
Fully automatic recording. Calls and recording status are displayed at a glance. An adjustable VOX (voice activation) system automatically starts and stops recording. Type and store notes regarding the conversation while recording in the notes window - even play back the current call while you're still recording! Calls can be copied, emailed, encrypted, and backed up on any other computer.

Reliable Hard Disk Storage
Personal Logger allows you to select a local hard drive or a network file server as the target directory for recordings. Save files in a shared directory or for easy access and backup of important recordings.

Optional Call Analysis Software
Optional Windows software indexes and sorts calls for easy retrieval by phone number, customer name, notes, customer address, etc. Calls can be scanned for caller ID, and you can actually look up the address and contact information for each call!

Fully Compatible with Your System
Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, or XP with a 133MHz or faster processor with an available microphone jack. Virtually any audio source is compatible. A direct outside analog phone line is required to decode DTMF and Caller-ID information. A handset connection may be used to record calls on a digital telephone system. A radio system or microphone may also be connected. A level adjustment is provided for high-level audio sources such as a radio system.

Typographical and Listing Errors
At Unity Electronics, we strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, Unity Electronics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product.

Defective Products and Missing Parts
Contact the warranty service provider listed above for defective products and missing parts. If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has not been repaired to your satisfaction, Unity Electronics will work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, please email our Customer Service Team or call 510-475-0400.

Return Policy
You have up to 15 days after the shipping date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship all late items back to you. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number issued by a Unity Electronics employee. You can obtain an RMA number by calling 510-475-0400 x203 or email our Customer Service Team.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition.

Inbound Freight for RMA Returns
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are non-refundable for all products, in all cases.

Restocking Fee
Unity Electronics reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all items that are returned. This policy is usually enforced on non-defective returned items. However, all accepted returns are subject to this charge.

Refused Shipments
Customers who refuse delivery in place of contacting Unity Electronics to obtain proper return instructions may be assessed a fee to cover return shipping, package refusal fee, and labor charges. This cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipments may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.

When will my order ship?
Our processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 p.m. PST will be shipped the same day*. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not guaranteed for Saturday or Sunday delivery regardless of shipping method. We do not process or ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

*Orders may be delayed due to incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

Shipping Charge
Unity Electronics refuses to increase your shipping & handling charges. We only charge ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS as quoted by UPS.

APO/FPO Orders
Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority. Additional shipping fees may apply (a minimum of $10 depending on order size).

P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, Import Fees, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
